1. Deposit Requirement: Once the itinerary is agreed upon, a deposit of 40% of the total trip cost will be mandatory. This deposit will be deducted from the full amount upon your arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel the trip within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 72-hour window, the deposit will be non-refundable.

3. Reservation Flexibility: We strive to accommodate your requests and make reservations accordingly. However, please note that last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed. Our ability to accommodate changes is subject to availability and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
